การสั่งผลิตเครื่องสำอาง

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการสั่งผลิตเครื่องสำอาง :
1. ลูกค้าระบุ Spec สินค้าใน ”ใบระบุการสั่งผลิต” เพื่อให้ R&D ประเมินราคาและ Admin จัดส่งใบเสนอราคาให้ลูกค้าทาง e-mail
2. มีการทำสัญญาในการสั่งผลิตพร้อมวางเงินมัดจำ 50% ของมูลค่าสินค้าที่ต้องการผลิตทั้งหมด (เฉพาะค่าเนื้อครีม)
3. ขึ้นงานตัวอย่างเพื่อให้เป็นสูตรเฉพาะของลูกค้าเองใช้ระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 1 เดือน ให้ลูกค้า TEST สินค้าและ ปรับปรุงให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจมากที่สุด โดยไม่กำหนดจำนวนครั้งและไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆในการพัฒนาสูตรทั้งสิ้น (หากลูกค้ามีการยกเลิกการสั่งผลิตทางบริษัทจะคิดค่าพัฒนาสูตรครั้งละ 2,000บาท โดยหักจากเงินมัดจํา)
4. หลังจากได้ข้อสรุปของเนื้อครีมแล้วทางบริษัทจะนำไปจดแจ้งเลขที่ อย.ให้เป็นชื่อแบรนและชื่อสินค้าของลูกค้าผู้สั่งผลิตแต่เพียงผู้เดียว (ใช้เวลาจดแจ้งไม่เกิน 3 สัปดาห์)
5. ขึ้นงานจริงเนื้อครีมหลังจากได้ข้อสรุปสูตรแล้ว ใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 1 เดือน ควบคู่ไปกับการขอจดแจ้ง อย.
6. ทำการบรรจุเนื้อครีม อบฆ่าเชื้อแพคเกจและซีนใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 1 สัปดาห์ (คิดค่าใช้จ่ายตามลักษณะบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ลูกค้าส่งมา)
7. การเลือกซื้อแพคเกจ บรรจุภัณฑ์ การออกแบบต่างๆ การทำกล่อง ถุง โบชัวร์ ทางบริษัทสามารถแนะนำผู้จัดทําให้แก่ลูกค้า ราคาไม่แพง ชำระเงินโดยตรงไม่ต้องผ่านบริษัทที่ลูกค้าจัดจ้างเอง โดยจะมีทีมงานของแต่ละส่วนคอยดูแลอยู่ (โดยไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท)
8. ลูกค้ามารับสินค้าที่บริษัทพร้อมชำระค่าสินค้าส่วนที่เหลือ 50% ก่อนการส่งมอบสินค้า (หากลูกค้าไม่สะดวกมารับสินค้าเอง ทางบริษัทสามารถจัดส่งสินค้าไปให้ลูกค้าได้ โดยคิดค่าจัดส่งตามจริง)
9. หลังจากที่มีการแจ้งจากทางบริษัทแล้วว่าสินค้าของลูกค้าได้ผลิตเสร็จแล้ว ภายในระยะเวลาอีกไม่เกิน 7 วัน
ทางลูกค้าจะต้องมารับสินค้าหรือต้องส่งสินค้าทั้งหมด หากเลยระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ทางบริษัทจะมีการคิดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเก็บรักษาสินค้า ในราคากล่องละ 50 บาทต่อเดือน

Terms and Conditions of Production Orders:
1. Please study product details to finalize order quantity and product prices.
2. Production Ordering Contract shall be made and customer shall pay 50% deposit of the total value of manufactured products (for cost of cream only).
3. The Company shall create a sample product using the customer’s specific formula in less than 1 week. Then customer shall test the product and the Company shall improve quality of the product to meet highest customer satisfaction with the unlimited number of times and no cost of formula correction.
4. As soon as the cream formula is finalized, the Company shall apply for FDA registration number exclusively in the brand and product name of the customer only (The process takes no longer than 2 weeks).
5. Manufacturing process for the product commences after the formula is finalized. This takes no longer than 2 weeks along with FDA registration procedure.
6. Cream packaging, sterilization and sealing processes continue respectively and takes less than 5 days (For packaging selection, packaging design, box forming, bag design, brochure printing, the Company can provide customers with consultation and convenience at reasonable prices. Customers can make a payment to the suppliers directly and our teams will support customers in every step if required).
7. Customer shall receive products at the Company and pay the rest 50% for the products prior to delivery. (In case of inconvenience, the Company can deliver the products to customer’s address).
8. After being notified by the Company that manufacturing of all products is completed, customer shall receive the products or all products shall be delivered within 7 days. If overdue, the Company shall charge the storage fee for 50 baht/box/month.

Q&A: Frequently asked questions about product manufacturing
1. Does the company have its own product brands?
- Our company does not have a policy of manufacturing products of its own brands because we do not want to run any business causing conflict against customers or investors. Therefore, you can be assured that our company always supports customer’s brand building. 
2. How to start creating new products?
- Please leave your name, telephone number and email and our coordination department will contact and send you product ordering form and conditions. You just thoroughly read and fill in the specifications of the products you want to order.
3. Does the factory have a tester or a sample?  
- No, we don’y have any tester because our factory manufactures exact quantity of products based on the received orders. Each product and each formula of each customer are different. Our factory will manufacture according to each customer’s specifications and deliver all products to customer. Nothing is left in our stock.
4. What should I do if I want a sample? How many days will it take?
- You will have to pay 50% deposit to us and then our factory will manufacture the sample based on the specification required by customer and send the sample to customer. 
- Manufacturing of the sample usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on customer queue.
5. What is the minimum production order?
Our production ordering is divided into two categories:
- For facial products, the minimum order is at 5 kilograms.
- For body products, the minimum order is at 30-50 kilograms, depending on cream texture (the minimum order for lotion and cream texture is at 30 kilograms and 50 kilograms, respectively). 
6. If I already have the preferred product and want the factory to analyze texture and ingredients, is the factory able to do it and how much does it cost? 
- We can analyze it because our factory has a formula research and development team. We can analyze your preferred cream exactly based on your specifications for the texture and effectiveness and further develop it, so that characteristics, instruction, sensation and properties are as similar as possible to the original. 
- The analysis process costs 2,000 Baht/product item. We will develop and adjust the formula until it meets customer requirements.  
7. Will it really yield best result?
- All of our products are certainly effective. However, the result depends on user’s skin condition.  Since each person has different skin condition, the result varies accordingly. We guarantee that our products yield best result and users will surely observe better skin condition. However, customer should be calm and continue testing the whole products, so our products will gradually brighten and whiten your skin. Since our product formulas do not contain harmful or forbidden substances, they cannot rapidly whiten your skin just in 2-5 days.
8. Will I have allergies?
- You have to try it because allergy varies in persons and depends on immune system. Some people may have allergies caused by some ingredients, but others may not. So, no product is guaranteed for non-allergy.
9. Do all products have FDA registration?
- We apply for FDA registration for all products manufactured on customer orders. All product formulas do not contain harmful or forbidden substances prescribed by FDA, so you can be ensured of product safety and getting approval from FDA.
10. How long does it take for repetitive manufacturing?
- Repetitive manufacturing of certain products takes less time because there is no design and FDA registration procedures. It usually takes 14 days, providing that the packaging is immediately available for packaging process (the duration also depends on customer queue).

-  เครื่องสำอาง สำหรับผิวหน้า เริ่มต้นที่ 200 ชิ้น ที่ 30 ml. หรือ 5 กิโล ใช้งบประมาณโดยประมาณที่ 50,000บาท (รวมบรรจุภัณฑ์)
-  เริ่มต้นผลิตเซรั่มสูตรมาตรฐาน ใช้งบประมาณ 20,000 บาท (เฉพาะเนื้อครีม)
-  เริ่มต้นผลิต Sleep Mask ใช้งบประมาณขั้นต่ำ 30,000 บาท (เฉพาะเนื้อครีม)
-  เครื่องสำอาง สำหรับผิวกาย เริ่มต้นที่ 50 กิโล โดย ลูกค้าเป็นผู้กำหนด ปริมาณในการใส่บรรจุภัณฑ์ ใช้งบประมาณโดยประมาณที่ 15,000 บาท (ไม่รวมบรรจุภัณฑ์)
-  สบู่ เริ่มต้นที่ 500 ก้อน โดยใช้งบประมาณโดยประมาณ ที่ 25,000 บาท (รวมกล่อง) ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับชนิดของสบู่ เกรด คุณภาพ ของสบู่ ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกสสารสกัดหลักเองได้ 3-5 ชนิด
